Organization European Junior Cycling Tour Assen
The European Junior Cycling Tour Assen (was International Jeugdtour Assen) is organized by the Stichting Ondersteuning Wielersport (SOW) Assen. This foundation aims to support cycling in its broadest sense.

SOW members are José Been, Bram Dijkhuis, Tim Dijkhuis, Agaath Kampman, Lineke Kerstholt and Patrick van der Veen.
